Effective July 30, 2026 for the LumeFrost beta. LumeFrost uses account, site, operational, billing, and support data to provide the service and protect it. Customers must never send passwords, full card details, one-time codes, or private keys to support.
Account and site records, support history, operational logs, and configured service data are used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve LumeFrost.
Support access is role-scoped and audited. Account-specific work should begin from the authenticated workspace so ownership and site scope can be verified.
Contact LumeFrost to ask about this policy or make a privacy request. Account-specific requests require ownership verification.
Ask a privacy questionThese instructions apply to information associated with Google or Facebook sign-in as well as other account information. Removing a provider connection and deleting an account are separate actions.
Sign in to LumeFrost and open Support in Personal OS. Ask to delete your platform account or specify the information you want removed. Include your account email and the affected website address so the request can be identified.
If you cannot sign in, use Contact and choose the Support topic. LumeFrost must verify ownership before handling an account-specific request. Account deletion is handled through review; this page does not automatically delete records.
Contact the owner of the website where you registered or signed in. Give them that website’s address and your member email, and ask to delete your membership or associated information. Website members and LumeFrost platform account owners have separate accounts.
If you cannot reach the website owner, contact LumeFrost with the website address and explain the request. Any action requires verification of the request and the responsible account or website.
You can revoke LumeFrost’s access from the connected-app settings of your Google or Facebook account. Removing that permission does not itself delete information already stored in LumeFrost or in a website’s member account. Use the appropriate request path above for deletion.
Do not include passwords, one-time codes, private keys or complete payment details. Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing or security purposes; ask Support about the records and request involved.
