Getting started

Do I need a card to start?

The Free plan does not require a card. Review current beta admission and plan details at signup; beta access may be open, waitlisted or invitation-only.

What happens if the beta is full?

Signup shows the current admission options. When a batch is full, the wait-list keeps your interest recorded for a later opening. A place on the wait-list is not a confirmed invitation.

Your website

What is the difference between Personal OS and Site OS?

Personal OS connects your websites and account work. Site OS is the focused owner workspace for one website. The Site Editor is where you design its pages.

Does my website get an address?

Each site includes a LumeFrost subdomain. You can also connect a domain you already own, subject to the applicable plan and verification requirements. Domain purchases remain provider-mode dependent during beta.

Can I add member accounts or forms?

The app catalog shows released apps, requirements and availability. User Authentication provides website member accounts; Forms adds form building and a submissions inbox. Review each app before installing.

Can I customize the design?

The editor includes elements, section layouts, responsive previews, branding, typography and supported appearance controls. Product pages explain the available controls and their limitations.

Help and access

Where should I ask about my site, invoice or domain?

Sign in and use the Support page so your request carries verified account context. Contact is appropriate for general questions, pre-account inquiries and help getting access.

Is Staff OS part of my website?

Staff OS belongs to authorized LumeFrost employees. Site OS is your website’s owner workspace, while the User Authentication app handles your website’s members.

Should I send my password when asking for help?

Never send passwords, private keys, one-time codes or full card details. Describe what you were trying to do and provide only the safe context needed to understand the issue.
