A Clear Way to Join
Choose registration questions and optional approval. Members use your website’s own account pages to join, verify their email, and return.
Your website. Your members.
Create a place people can return to. Welcome them with your own account pages, give each audience the right resources, and keep membership organized in one workspace.
Included tools are implemented. Setup and launch checks still apply; WIP and ideas are not included tools.

Made for your website
A client resource hub, a member community, or a private collection of useful content. Start with the pages your audience needs and grow from there.
Choose registration questions and optional approval. Members use your website’s own account pages to join, verify their email, and return.
Keep a page open to everyone, reserve it for verified members, or choose specific website roles. Give members a dashboard with useful links and a welcome that fits.
Members can manage their name, approved avatar, password, and browser sessions. Add authenticator protection for everyone or selected roles.
What’s included
A clear view of today
A member belongs to this website. Signing in does not create a LumeFrost platform account or open Personal OS, Site OS, or Staff OS. Connecting Google to an owner’s LumeFrost account does not enable it for website members.
Website-member Google connection, Google-first signup and returning sign-in have passed live published-site checks. Enable Google for this published HTTPS website. Existing members explicitly connect it from My Account; matching emails never link accounts automatically. New members complete the website’s questions, terms and required approval, and enrolled MFA still applies. Platform sign-in stays separate.
Facebook testing depends on eligible Meta app access, permitted test accounts, and enabled deployment settings. Public Facebook sign-in is not part of the current rollout.
Confirm that verification, recovery, and invitation messages arrive. Provider acceptance means the email service accepted a message; it does not confirm inbox delivery.
Members choose owner-approved same-site avatar images; member uploads and verified email changes remain in development. Passkeys require the exact published HTTPS hostname. Real authenticator and physical-device checks remain part of launch testing.
Member tools, protection, reporting and exports come together. Keep launch checks separate from future ideas.
Member tools, security, reporting and exports, with a clear view of what is still planned.
These counts cover individual tools, settings, and security controls across 252 tracked capabilities, rather than separate apps. Reporting and bounded exports are included in the core app. Planned items have no release date. Google signup and returning sign-in are included; enable a connection for each published HTTPS website. Confirm email delivery and physical-device security for your website before launch.
All implemented tools below are included with the app, including reporting and bounded CSV exports. Publication, site settings, email delivery and device support still determine the member experience.
Email/password or enabled Google signup, approval, up to 12 typed registration questions and individual role invitations.
Website roles, private pages and role-aware dashboards with welcomes, useful links and announcements.
Authenticator MFA, recovery codes, exact-host HTTPS passkeys, password rules and session controls.
Customizable account pages, display names, approved avatars, password changes and browser-session management.
Member and activity CSV exports of up to 2,000 recent records, plus 30-day member/access insights. Site-management permission is required.
Each website has its own members. These accounts and Google connections do not create LumeFrost platform accounts or grant access to owner tools.
These checks describe setup or acceptance work. This product guide does not certify an individual website.
Configure the app first, then publish the account pages and the content members should reach. An unpublished website keeps public account access closed.
Verification, recovery and invitation sending are implemented. A provider-accepted receipt does not prove arrival; confirm the real messages and one-time links before launch.
Passkeys, authenticator MFA and recovery codes are implemented. Physical-device enrollment, sign-in and recovery acceptance remain open; passkeys require the exact published HTTPS hostname.
Website-member Google connection, signup and returning sign-in have passed live published-site checks. Enable a Google connection for this published HTTPS website and check its registration, approval and required-MFA journey. Existing members connect explicitly; matching emails never link accounts. Your platform Google connection is separate, and Facebook remains deferred.
These improvements are planned. Scope and timing can change.
Facebook remains deferred. Public Facebook sign-in waits for business/DBA and Meta eligibility work. It is separate from Google and is not part of the current public rollout.
Reporting, bounded exports, account protection and member dashboards are included in this app. Planned work stays on the roadmap until it is implemented; provider activation and launch checks remain separate.
Site owners can suggest improvements and follow their private requests in User Authentication → Feature Requests. Private requests are not published in this roadmap.
Included capabilities belong to the core app; they do not certify your website’s launch setup. Planned and specialized ideas have no promised release date. Related apps have their own availability.
Let visitors create a website member account.
Stop new registrations while existing members keep their accounts.
Require a valid invitation before an account can be created.
Current invitations grant roles to an existing verified member; they do not restrict registration.
Review applicants before granting approved-member access.
Owners and explicit site admins can approve or deny pending memberships. Approval still requires email verification and does not bypass suspension.
Invite one email address to receive selected website roles.
Acceptance requires a signed-in verified member using the invited address.
Invite a reviewed list of people in one operation.
Use expiring, single-use invitations and revoke unused ones.
Create a new invitation when an older one expires or must be replaced.
Reissue an invitation safely and show its latest delivery state.

Let visitors join with Google or return to a connected website account when enabled.
Live published-site checks passed for explicit connection by an existing verified website member, Google-first signup and returning Google sign-in. Each published HTTPS website must enable its Google connection. Registration questions, terms, approval and enrolled MFA still apply. Matching emails never link accounts, and website members do not gain platform access. Confirm this website’s email delivery and physical-device security before launch. Facebook remains deferred.

Fresh account proof is required. A successful change retains the current proved session and revokes other sessions; it also invalidates outstanding recovery credentials.
Verify a replacement email before changing the account identity.
Verify a replacement phone number before relying on it.

Save single-use emergency codes for a lost authenticator.
Securely add and remove authentication methods.
Enrollment and removal require account security verification.

Require authenticator verification for every website member.
Members without an authenticator must complete enrollment before using member pages. Sessions that no longer meet the policy are revoked. Real physical-authenticator checks remain part of production acceptance.
Require authenticator verification for selected website roles.
Owners choose existing roles from this website. The policy does not grant roles, bypass approval, or change platform Staff OS access. Physical-factor acceptance remains pending.
Ask for fresh verification before a sensitive action.
Limit how long an approved device can avoid another challenge.
Add verification when a supported risk signal warrants it.
End the current member session.
Keep a sign-in for the configured persistent-session period.
Require sign-in after a configured inactive period.

Shown browser details describe sessions, not confirmed physical devices or current online presence. A has-more indicator identifies the bounded list.
Revoke a selected browser sign-in session with fresh account proof.
Revoking the current session signs out this device. Each operation is limited to the member’s account on this website.
End all browser sessions for this website account.
Fresh account proof is required. Signing out everywhere includes the current session; it does not affect accounts on another website.

Invalidate previous sessions when a password reset succeeds.
Challenge or invalidate access after other sensitive account changes.

The details, when you need them
Start with how people join, the pages they need, and where they go after sign-in. Configure membership in Site OS, make the account pages feel like your website in the editor, then publish and walk through the experience as a member.
Start with email/password registration and email verification. Choose optional approval and up to 12 typed registration questions, with required or optional answers. A new member joins your website; they do not gain access to LumeFrost’s owner tools.
Choose Everyone, Members, or Specific Roles for each page. Find members, review applications, assign website roles, suspend or reactivate an account, and end its sessions. Publish access changes and check the page as the intended member.
Member dashboards are included. Arrange default and role-specific welcomes, announcements, page links, account shortcuts, and destinations after sign-in. Publish the managed dashboard page and check the links each role can open. Existing standalone dashboard layouts remain compatible.
Customize the managed account pages in the editor: headings, labels, centered or split layout, colors, spacing, and corners. Add account links or a Member Account Menu to your website. These widgets open the managed pages; inline account forms remain planned.
Offer Google signup and returning sign-in when this published HTTPS website enables its connection. New members complete the website’s questions, terms and required approval without creating a website password. Existing members explicitly connect Google from My Account; matching emails never link accounts automatically. Live published-site checks passed for connection, Google-first signup and returning sign-in. Enrolled MFA still applies. Owner-platform Google sign-in is separate, and saving provider settings alone is not a connection test. Facebook remains deferred.
Offer optional authenticator MFA and recovery codes, or require MFA for everyone or selected roles. Exact-host HTTPS passkeys are also available. Members can change passwords with fresh proof, edit display names, choose approved avatars, and review or end browser sessions. Member avatar uploads and verified email-change acceptance remain in development. Test real authenticators before launch.
Invite an existing verified member address to receive selected website roles. Invitations expire, work once, and can be revoked. A published account site can queue the email, with a private code fallback. Provider acceptance is not inbox confirmation: test verification, recovery, and invitation delivery before sharing the site. Invitation-only registration and advanced approval rules remain in development.
